Highly knowledgeable, very nice and helpful staff (shoutout to Mas Firhan). Just to note they sell coffee tools (not a cafe), although I got to try some good coffee.

Belanja sambil belajar....edukasi gratis dari para ahli kopi.....mantap....d kasih gratis kopi ethiopia juga yg d kasih apax

Pelayanan dari tim nya bener2 paham detail produk, jadi nggak sekadar jualan tapi emang ngerti apa yang cocok buat kebutuhan kita. Barang2nya juga premium, kualitas kepake buat jangka panjang. Recommended banget buat yang lagi cari alat kopi serius, bukan yang abal2.

Exceptional services, flagship coffee equipment store

I had a very pleasant buying experience here. Shotout to Hafiz's product knowledge and service. Very recommended.

Great customer service and great product obviously! Surely repeat order!
